The graduation ceremony, held on April 20 in the in the Gold Room at the Rayburn Congressional Office Building, marked the end of the Capital Semester Spring 2010 program. 40 students from around the country and world gathered with their parents, internship supervisors and mentors to celebrate their successes and the completion of the 15-week program.
Bill Adair, the Washington Bureau Chief of the St. Petersburg Times and founder or Politfact, spoke about the future of journalism in the 21st Century. Student testimonials were offered by Rich Widemann and Jennifer Yoo.
